Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the National Marketing Manager and each marketing channel across a variety of projects, including social media posting, invoice tracking, data assistance, webinar hosting and ad hoc projects as required. Our Marketing team generate leads for our sales team, provide valuable communications to increase client retention and protect and promote the LEAP brand to the legal industry.? WHO ARE WE? Meet the team  Our Marketing team are the custodians of the LEAP brand responsible for building awareness, recognition and adoption of our products across the legal profession, turning LEAP into a brand that lawyers know and love. From executing marketing campaigns that reach hearts and minds, to developing a consistent, concise and always compelling brand, you'll play an active role in innovating and guiding the trajectory of our business. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Track and analyse weekly Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and develop strategies to increase MQL generation. Manage and update company website using the Storyblok CMS, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Develop and execute email campaigns for new business initiatives using Pardot. Manage social media channels, create and schedule posts, and engage with followers to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Client Communications and Engagement Manage client communications via Marketing Cloud, ensuring timely and personalised messaging to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Develop and distribute the quarterly newsletter using Marketing Cloud. Oversee relationships with third-party agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of projects on time and within budget. Content Creation and Collateral Management Create and update marketing materials, including proposals, order forms, and terms and conditions, using Adobe InDesign. Oversee the stock of branded collateral and merchandise at the Auckland office, ensuring items are replenished and distributed efficiently. Coordinate all Pack & Send activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to internal teams and clients. Manage access to collateral and merchandise portals, facilitating smooth ordering and stock tracking processes. Administrative and Operational Support Assist with various events planning and coordination, ensuring successful execution and logistics. Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Undertake daily administrative tasks to support the marketing department's operations. Manage additional projects as required, such as drop-in campaigns and direct mail campaigns. Provide support to other marketing channels as needed. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 1+ years' experience in a marketing role Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field Understanding of basic SEO best practices and planning / implementation Excellent grammar, copywriting, written and verbal communication skills Strong proofreading and editing skills, very detail-oriented Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office A basic understanding of using CMS Experience?executing campaigns in Pardot or Marketing Cloud is?preferred, but?any marketing automation platform is desirable Benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing legal tech environment Flexible working arrangements (hybrid option) Professional development opportunities Be Me day to celebrate being you!
