Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time) Are you a creative individual with a passion for graphic design and marketing? Join a dynamic team where your intermediate Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud skills can shine! We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support various business divisions with design, branding, and digital content creation.

The Role: You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop engaging, on-brand materials. This full-time role (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) is based in our CBD office to foster strong collaboration. Location: CBD, Office-Based
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
Start Date: Flexible, with options to start now or in the new year (2025)

Key Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing collateral (digital and print), including flyers, posters, and catalogues. Support property marketing campaigns, utilising tools like Campaign Track and InDesign. Assist with digital and social media content, including photography and video editing. Maintain and update the brand's marketing materials. Work closely with sales teams on personalised marketing materials. Other admin tasks, such as photocopying, binding, and scanning, as needed. Key Attributes: Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support a wide range of tasks. Strong collaborator with a proactive and creative mindset. Attention to detail, with excellent copywriting and editing skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Skills Required: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
