Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator at Abano Healthcare plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team by ensuring the smooth operation of campaigns and projects across our brands—Lumino, Maven, and 1300 Smiles. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and assisting with the organization of marketing activities to achieve team objectives efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do: Project Coordination: Manage the marketing calendar to track campaigns, deadlines, and key milestones. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.Vendor and Agency Support: Serve as the point of contact for external partners, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Handle requests, approvals, and communication between the marketing team and external agencies.Campaign Logistics: Assist in organizing and distributing marketing materials to clinics and other stakeholders. Support the setup and execution of campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.Event Preparation: Assist with planning and logistics for events, including booking venues, coordinating supplies, and managing schedules. Track progress and ensure all event components are ready and delivered on time.Data Management and Reporting: Collect and organize campaign performance data for team reports, maintain records of marketing activities, results, and key metrics.Team Support: Help with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and keeping project documentation up to date. Handle correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense tracking for the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).1-2 years of experience in a coordination or operational role, ideally in marketing or healthcare.Familiarity with marketing principles and campaign workflows.Experience with budgeting, vendor coordination, or event planning is a plus.
