Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will undertake the following duties (including but not limited to):
1.   Plan, develop and organise a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2.    Conduct research and analyzing the data for both existing and new products and services to identify new markets and customer needs, current and future trends
3.   Use social media as distribution channels such as Website, Wechat, Facebook, Redbook, Linkin, email, etc to promote company's products and services and to advise products mix, price, sales promotion
4.      Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
5.  Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6.      Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7.      Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8.      Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9. Supervise, provide support and training to other sales and marketing staff
