Position: Marketing Coordinator (China Market)

Job description:
Marketing Management
Research potential demand and market characteristics, collect and analyze data and other statistical information to plan and adjust marketing policies and strategies to reach sales goals.
Carry out background research and present findings.
Produce documents, briefing papers, regular reports, and presentations.
Maintain client records, files, and ledgers.
Marketing Development
Undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing services.
Develop business cooperators.
Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends to provide suggestions on price, product packages, promotions, and other sales activities.
Organize and deliver webinars, seminars, workshops, and meetings within the budget and timeframe.
Marketing Coordinator and Communications
Deal with enquiries and requests that are forwarded, handling them when appropriate.
Refer potential clients to immigration advisors and student counselors within the business.
Collaborate with agencies and business partners.
Liaise with clients, schools, education organizations, and other cooperators on behalf of the company.
Provide accurate information and appropriate advice to potential clients and business cooperators.
Digital Marketing
Produce regular digital dashboards for marketing, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and report progress against set KPIs.
Create and implement a social media policy and framework for the organization.
Decide on appropriate placement of ads, create digital marketing content, publish online, and implement email marketing campaigns using tools including SEO/SEM, Mailchimp, and social media (WeChat, Facebook).
Develop monthly updates on website content and visual effects, providing updated information on a regular basis.
Other duties as required by the Director from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
