Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking a motivated and pro-active Marketing Coordinator to join the Communications and Marketing team in the Law School, to support and implement the University's vision whilst showcasing ourselves as the number one leading Law School in New Zealand.
This is an opportunity to create engaging and authentic content that highlights the faculty's teaching, research, and departmental offerings to diverse audiences.
You will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic marketing communications and campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, internal communications, and print.
These efforts will support both undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment while promoting our teaching and research.
Any experience in developing video content for online channels would be highly advantageous, as you'll also be involved in various content projects to promote the School and tell our stories.
In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Communications and Marketing Manager and the wider team.
With a high volume of projects, we seek someone who can help streamline workflow and ensure timely project completion.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
Remuneration is $58,300 - $72,700 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and proactively with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong written communication skills, including experience with social media, copywriting, and web content coordination.
Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent digital capabilities, including being computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
A proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and a sharp eye for detail.
Tons of initiative, with the creativity and fresh ideas to bring to the role.
