Our Marketing & Communications team now needs a switched-on and enthusiastic coordinator to provide a high level of administrative support as we continue to deliver MercyAscot's strategy while undergoing this significant Rebrand.
Based at Ascot Office Park in Greenlane, this is a full-time position for a fixed term of 9 months and is a fabulous opportunity for an administrative super-user with a high level of digital literacy, an eye for detail and an abundance of communicative flair.
As our successful Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be required to:
Facilitate internal communications via SMS, Mail Chimp, newsletters, etc.
Support internal and external digital marketing campaigns.
Manage online content for the MercyAscot Website and Intranet.
Coordinate our inventory of imagery, logos, templates, & brand collateral.
Organise special events including booking of venues, catering, etc.
General admin duties including invoice and record keeping.
