If you have a passion for design and creative marketing strategies, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with KAYU Studio's vision and commercial goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, email, and in-store activations. Align these campaigns with product launches, seasonal trends, and customer engagement goals.Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, tracking spends and ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.Content Creation: Collaborate with our Creative Director to manage all content creation, ensuring it reflects KAYU Studio's unique style and brand values. Maintain up-to-date website content, newsletters, and blogs.E-commerce & Digital Performance: Enhance our e-commerce platform by optimising the customer journey and driving online sales. Track and analyse digital campaign performance to inform future strategies.Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships through loyalty programs, in-store experiences, and social media engagement. Drive customer retention through personalised marketing initiatives.Brand Collaborations: Identify partnerships with influencers, brands, and media that align with our brand values and target audience. Leverage these collaborations to boost brand visibility.Analytics & Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track marketing performance, providing insights to improve ROI and guide future campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing activities that align with store events, promotions, and inventory planning.Key Accountabilities:Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the core values of KAYU Studio.Align all marketing activities with the business objectives and brand identity.Lead initiatives that drive brand growth, exploring new channels, partnerships, and digital innovations to expand KAYU Studio's market reach.Campaign KAYU Studio's brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals while evolving the brand to stay relevant and competitive in the marketplace.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years in a marketing/brand management role, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.Experience in Klaviyo (or similar), Shopify, Meta, PinterestA strong affinity for design, lifestyle, and the furniture/homewares industry, with experience managing large marketing projects and budgets.Knowledge of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.Skills and Competencies:Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions.Creative and innovative, always exploring new ideas to elevate the brand.Excellent written and verbal communicator with a passion for brand advocacy.Adaptable and able to shift priorities in response to market changes and campaign performance.If you are a driven and creative marketing professional with a passion for design and would like the opportunity to be a part of something special and contribute to the success of a fast-growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
