About the role - Mo te turanga mahi
In this role you will:
Support the Digital Marketing Automation Manager and wider team in the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimising and executing data management processes.
Provide trouble shooting, monitoring and optimisation of marketing automation processes.
Connecting and maintaining data within the platform to ensure accuracy, integrity and data governance.
Leverage SQL proficiency and advanced segmentation techniques to enhance targeting and personalisation in marketing initiatives.
Ensure campaign performance data is available for reporting in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes and workflow.
What you'll need to succeed - Nga pukenga matua o te turanga
We're looking for someone who:
Minimum 2 years' experience using enterprise marketing automation platforms – preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud. DataCloud experience advantageous but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of data management, integration, and marketing automation.
Experience in building, maintaining and enhancing data flows.
Proficient in SQL for audience segmentation.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Meticulous and focused on continuous improvement.
Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand processes deeply and improve them where appropriate.
Creative thinker who proposes innovative solutions.
