This Marketing and Project Manager role is crucial for driving the organisation's growth and its visibility in the market. The position would suit someone with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the legal sector, although legal expertise is not required. This is a project role designed to assist the organisation achieve several key projects for 2025 on a 12-month fixed term contract.What you'll do:Develop and implement comprehensive plans aligned with strategic goals.Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.Develop strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.Create materials such as brochures, newsletters, website content, blog posts, and social media content.Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.Interact as instructed with the media and manage public image.Assist with providing information on current issues or meetings.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum of five years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work within a small team.Willingness to learn about Te Ao Maori where it intersects with the organisation's work.What sets this organisation apart:Our client is a national voluntary membership organisation that supports professionals in their practices, with an office in central Auckland, but with potential for some remote work.
