They are looking to add their already well experienced Management team with a likeminded individual with the X Factor to help grow and develop the Marketing team, their online presence and communication.
About the Role: Our Client is looking for a well experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team and be part of the Lead Team to take them into 2025.
Someone who can hit the ground running and bring with them a fresh set of eyes to this role involving development and implementation of their marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget and work with stakeholders and external agencies to increase brand awareness and donor acquisition.
As a member of the senior leadership team and a key part of the emergency response team this role is an integral part of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and implementation of the communications and marketing strategy Stakeholder Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Brand Leadership by taking responsibility for growing and enhancing the promotion of our clients brand People Management, managing a small team and fostering their growth and ensuring work delivery is aligned Budget Management, Oversee the Marketing and Communications budget and resources Emergency Response, a key role in the client's emergency response team Key Attributes, Skills and Requirements: Qualifications - Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 of years' experience in marketing/communications management roles Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar Excellent writing and editing skills Ability to align content creation with strategic objectives and brand positioning.
