Job Description Analyze marketing data from diverse sources to evaluate campaign performance, and provide insights that drive patient acquisition and retention. Create advanced reporting dashboards and presentations for the CMO and senior leaders. Recommend strategies for digital, social, search, and offline channels, focusing on maximizing ROI and customer lifetime value (CLV). Dive deep into patient behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities. Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and product teams to drive patient engagement and retention. Track and report on key marketing KPIs like lead generation, CPA, and conversion rates. Utilize predictive analytics and data modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and support budget planning. Stay updated on the latest healthcare marketing trends and analytics tools, bringing fresh insights to the table. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Data Analytics , Business , or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years in a data-driven marketing role, ideally within healthcare or multi-site businesses. Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics , Tableau , Power BI , and advanced Excel. Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign performance measurement across SEO, SEM, social, and email marketing. Ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and non-technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling, and forecasting.
