In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to design and manage maritime systems, ensuring our vessels operate smoothly and safely. As the expert in our Maritime Transport Operator Plan (MTOP) and Safe Operating Plans, you'll be instrumental in delivering safe but exciting maritime experiences. Reporting to the Head of Maritime Operations, you'll ensure every journey is not only secure but also memorable. Project management is at the heart of this role. You'll lead initiatives to develop and enhance internal systems for safe vessel and wharf operations across the business. By working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll apply project management methodologies to implement effective maritime systems and procedures. You'll also serve as a key member of technical project teams, providing valuable insights and feedback on projects involving vessels and associated infrastructure. Who do we need for this role? Proven experience in successful project management. Relevant maritime qualifications and certifications, such as Master, Officer (deck or engine), or equivalent, or experience in maritime compliance audit or quality assurance. Experience in delivering training and sharing information in a practical and pragmatic manner. Expertise in risk analysis and safety management.
