You'll work closely with regional leadership, business units, and external stakeholders to implement bold strategies that align with our global objectives and market demands.Key Responsibilities:Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the charge in shaping and executing Bostik New Zealand's strategic roadmap. Define and implement high-impact business plans, accelerating growth in both the short- and long-term.Own the P&L: Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss of Bostik New Zealand, ensuring financial success while identifying new growth opportunities.Inspire and Empower Teams: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Lead Operational Excellence: Set clear KPIs and ensure that each department achieves its objectives.
