Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Central Pacific Collective (CPC) is a community-led organisation focused on enabling thriving, resilient and prosperous Pasefika communities, fully engaged with their voice and support in setting our vision and strategic direction. We are currently undergoing a transformation that extends our reach and support a more comprehensive range of wellbeing outcomes. We have secured government funding to build up to 300 affordable, multigenerational, Pasefika-designed homes in Eastern Porirua to improve wellbeing and transform lives. The project, Our Whare Our Fale, is the first of its kind and is the biggest Pasefika project in New Zealand. This will require CPC to grow in size and capability and we are looking for a leader to provide financial and systems stewardship over the next phases of our growth. About the role This newly created role will work with our Chief Executive providing financial leadership for Central Pacific Collective and shaping innovative systems. The role has overall responsibility for leading the financial function for CPC including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and risk management. The role will also provide support through corporate functions including people and capability, information technology and communications to future-proof the organisation fostering an innovative approach to our systems. Every interaction, decision and response is underpinned by Va. About you You will be an experienced leader with the commercial acumen and innovative approach to guide and support the business through our next growth and investment phases. You will demonstrate sound financial management experience within a complex and diverse organisation, ideally with experience in overseeing corporate or business support functions. You will have a proven track record of delivering creative, technology-driven solutions that have enabled an organisation's evolution. This is a small, growing team, with a changing landscape so the successful candidate will need to be adaptable and tenacious. There will be times when you will need to "roll up their sleeves" and make things happen, working closely with your colleagues.
