Manager - Stormwater, Flooding and CoastalWhangarei District CouncilAre you passionate about improving stormwater infrastructure and mitigating flood risks? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our team in managing stormwater assets and implementing effective flood prevention measures.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team responsible for stormwater and flood prevention, including coastal flooding initiatives.Oversee the operations, maintenance, and development of stormwater infrastructure.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate flood risks.Manage the customer response to stormwater issues.Manage the Hikurangi Repo Flood Management Scheme.Qualifications: Strong technical expertise in stormwater management.Proven leadership skills.Commitment to improving stormwater infrastructure.If you are a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a passion for enhancing stormwater infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
