You will: Work within a positive and supportive team environment.
Meet with clients and collaborate with the team to provide solutions to enable excellent project delivery.
Undertake surveying and build your skills in contributing to the consenting process.
Work on subdivisions and land development projects.
Contribute to contract administration and supervision.
Actively engage in business development with current and new clients to enhance the Company's future project prospects.
If you have the following skills, it is an advantage: Bachelor's Degree in Surveying.
4+ years' experience as a Land Surveyor.
Ability to think independently and ask questions.
Ability to retain information and apply it.
Understanding of the New Zealand cadastral system and relevant legislation.
A fun sense of humour.
New Zealand Driver's License (Full).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Developing CAD skills - knowledge of either AutoCAD, 12D, and Landonline.
A real enthusiasm for civil engineering and land development projects.
You must have a relevant tertiary qualification and be committed to professional development.
Experience in using modern surveying equipment.
A familiarity with district plans and how to access information on planning would be advantageous.
