Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority Policy, Planning & Regulation (Government & Defence) The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a Crown Entity whose mission is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.
In order to get there, our strategic objectives are: Energy efficiency first Accelerate renewable energy The Manager - Market Partnerships is responsible for the delivery of energy-related programmes via sector associations, regional stakeholders, and industry representative groups.
The focus is to achieve EECA's outcomes cost-effectively in a one-to-many delivery model.
In addition, this role leads the Sector Decarbonisation, Regional Energy Transition Accelerator, and Industry Development programme initiatives, dealing with a range of strategic relationships.
To be successful in this role, you'll have: Extensive people leadership experience Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry and demand and supply side dynamics A tertiary engineering, economics or commercial qualification and the ability to understand complex energy systems Proven experience in partnership management An important opportunity to join a government agency with a strong focus on delivery, to do meaningful work with motivated people that has a tangible impact on the lives of New Zealanders.
