The Manager, Justice Services reports to the Lower North Regional Manager and works collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to deliver modern, people-centred justice services across Taranaki/Whanganui.
This is a significant operational leadership and delivery role where standardisation, consistency and accountability are underpinned by the values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.
This position will involve travel to include New Plymouth, Hawera, Whanganui, Marton and Taihape.
Your experience working in a collaborative and dynamic environment coupled with a high degree of personal resilience and agility in response to changing priorities is crucial to success in this role.
As part of the Lower North Region senior leadership team you will be working alongside your colleagues modelling our values and taking collective ownership for not just your area but also the region.
The successful applicant could be based in either New Plymouth, Whanganui or Hawera.
To be successful in this role you will be an energetic, enthusiastic, people leader with demonstrated experience in leading change within diverse teams across various locations.
You will have a strong track record of building and maintaining effective and robust relationships with external and internal partners and stakeholders.
You will be an expert at embedding and leading a high-performance culture through authentic leadership, coaching for success and working successfully with and through others to achieve results.
