Our Group Shared Services Financial Advisory team has an exciting opportunity for a Manager Financial Advisory to join the team. This role is responsible for driving financial and business performance across the assigned portfolio by delivering financial advisory services. The role supports the Head of Finance Business Partnering to deliver financial performance insight and drive performance improvement.
You can expect to work on:
Supporting the establishment and monitoring of financial and business performance targets for general managers and unit managers.Overseeing financial performance reporting in conjunction with the Manager Financial Planning and Reporting.Managing a team of finance business partners to deliver on the role responsibilities.Providing accurate forecasts and assessments of financial performance.Managing the financial planning and budgeting process (in conjunction with Financial Strategy and the Financial Planning and Reporting team) and ensuring that budgets are complete and accurate.Acting as a trusted Financial Advisor to the relevant general managers and unit managers to provide them with financial, commercial, and performance improvement advice.You will bring with you proven experience in finance business partnering and managing the financial performance of a business unit or team. You will have experience leading financial planning, commercial management, and performance measurement.
