Enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid working arrangements and create a balance that works for you.
Excellent benefits including four wellbeing days per year for re-charging when you need.
Kiwibank has committed to being purpose-led in everything that we do. To build a more sustainable and resilient Aotearoa requires tough decisions and strategically looking to the future. To do this means integrating carbon into our everyday thinking.
As the Manager of Carbon Strategy & Reporting, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing our carbon reduction strategy. Your expertise will shape Kiwibank's approach to operational emissions and ensure that we meet our targets transparently, providing meaningful insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
In this role, you'll lead the charge in carbon reporting and strategy, working across teams to align our efforts with Kiwibank's wider sustainability and enterprise goals.
At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following experience:
Professional experience in carbon emissions, sustainability, climate change, or ESG.
Strong research and analytical skills, with a focus on ESG/climate data, regulatory frameworks, or financial analysis.
Critical thinking skills to evaluate multiple approaches and articulate their strengths and weaknesses effectively.
Proven ability to establish relationships quickly and maintain effective collaborations across various stakeholders.
Strong communication and reporting skills to ensure transparent, meaningful updates for all levels of the organisation.
Above all we are looking for someone who embodies our Kiwibank purpose and values, and someone who thrives in a fun and supportive work environment.
