ABOUT THE ROLE With the end of 2024 fast approaching, we are now looking for our next round of cadets to join our exciting cadetship programme for 2025.

About You Having a degree in Agri-business, Food Technology, Business or Commerce would be advantageous but not essential.
Equally important is having leadership skills, an ability to learn quickly, and some work experience where you appreciate the results of hard work and commitment.
With the diverse range of people you will be working alongside, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with good time management.
You will demonstrate an aptitude to lead from the front and adapt to constantly changing conditions.
