As Maintenance Department Manager you will be directly responsible for the overall operating performance of the department.

We're looking for someone with:5 years relevant experience within roading maintenance and constructionLeadership and people management experience with a strong focus on mentoring and developmentUnderstanding of job pricing including labour, plant and materials and associated margin / profit calculationsOperational management – planning, resource allocation and coordinationFinancial management of budgets, cost-benefit analysis, reconciliation, reportingHave a solid understanding of civil construction methods, systems and techniquesTime management skills and ability to prioritise to meet numerous and demanding deadlinesAdvanced computer literacy, keyboard and file management skillsCreating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills, and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
