Mai Network Promotions, Integration and Events ManagerThis is a rare opportunity to join one of Mediaworks' fastest growing brands, Mai. With a unique blend of culture and content, you will be responsible for managing the creation, development and execution of award-winning promotions, events and campaigns that attract and retain Mai audiences across all of their platforms.
If you're experienced in delivering impactful brand promotions, great at idea generation, and understand how to navigate client and content collaborations, then this could be your new home.
What you'll do: Create, develop and execute promotions, integrated campaigns and events that engage with current and potential listeners across a full spectrum of touchpoints.Work with Content Director, Marketing, Digital Content Producers and Integration team to grow Mai audience engagement and maximise revenue opportunities.Deliver best in class creative promotions, events and integrated content solutions.Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month promotional plan.Explore, develop and execute content and campaigns across all platforms for Mai.Initiate brainstorms and strategic planning sessions to ensure objectives are met.Ensure all promotions run on-air at a high standard with all promotional material and information being correct.Partner with teams throughout MediaWorks to plan and coordinate promotions for our clients which align to the Mai brand.Set promotions targets and comprehensively manage budgets for every promotion ensuring that they are operating within the agreed levels.Analyse post promotional reporting to learn and improve on execution, engagement and performance.What you'll bring: Outstanding written and verbal communication is essential.Passion for creating content, establishing and nurturing relationships and an understanding of radio, social media and the Mai brand.Great people connector who loves a creative challenge and can juggle work effectively to keep multiple key stakeholders happy.Take pride in delivering quality and innovative work to achieve brand objectives.Thrive working under pressure with fast turnaround deadlines and committed to exceeding audience and client expectations.Ability to critique the audience characteristics, brand values, content pillars, operational considerations, competitive set and research data to ensure meets brand requirements.Experienced coach and supportive mentor that can motivate the team to achieve their best, ensuring it's never boring!What you'll get: Creative leadership role with flexible/hybrid working.Encouraging manager who will give you the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.Represent Mai within the media industry.Passionate, experienced team who will support you and together you will create the most awesome work.Ongoing career development opportunities and mentoring program.Barista-quality coffee machines to ensure you get your daily fix!Bring your dog to work on Fluffy Fridays.
