This position is responsible for delivery of training content designed to enhance the skills of the users of the Mahi e Taea (Workforce Dimensions) rostering application at Counties Manukau District. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.
Some of the responsibilities include: Deliver training content to enhance the skills of team leaders, line managers, and roster co-ordinators to enable efficient use of the application.Design and develop customised training programmes and workshops for changes to business processes and system enhancements.Facilitate classroom training, online training, and workshops confidently.Create and maintain training materials and user guides.Identify and deliver individual/group training needs and ensure training statistics are collated and evaluated with the MMC IS team.Assist in the timely resolution of user issues.In-depth understanding of roster management, workforce planning, and rostering applications in a large organisation.Ideally have some experience or knowledge of collective agreements and payroll.At least 1 year experience supporting a fully integrated and robust workforce roster.1-3 years' experience in the delivery of training in a large organisation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with systems and processes.Good skills in using Microsoft Office suite of applications.If you can demonstrate initiative, a willingness to learn new skills, and be comfortable to hit the ground running in this fast-paced role, then we would love to hear from you.
