The Role: As the Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and client engagement while leading a passionate team in delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll be a luxury brand ambassador, setting an example for your team in promoting the brand's rich heritage and innovative new product lines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead by example as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Drive store sales, KPIs, and client engagement strategies.
Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing, transfers, stocktaking, and reporting.
Engage with and build long-lasting relationships with customers, offering tailored advice on products including their renowned made-to-measure service.
Assist in managing daily store operations and team performance.
Mentor and coach your team to achieve sales success.
What You'll Bring: 2+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury, premium, suiting or high fashion.
A mature, empathetic, and level-headed nature, with excellent communication skills.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Passion for luxury fashion, with an eagerness to learn about the brand's heritage, fabrics, and made-to-measure service.
