Some role responsibilities would include: Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide exceptional advice and service. Receiving and processing loan applications from phone, email, online, broker, and dealer enquiries. Analyse loan details, examining references, credit ratings, investment risks, pay slips, and other information against predetermined policy standards, finding solutions and authorising the approval of credit and loan applications. Collating and preparing submissions with recommendations to management for over discretionary lending amounts and loan conditions. Providing accurate information services to customers, including papers setting out conditions of credit and loans, rates of repayment and loan periods, and providing information about customers' standing to financial and credit institutions. Loading and maintaining accurate client data and keeping records of payment. Liaising with other financial and credit institutions to obtain information about customers. Answering inquiries concerning credit standing of customers, loan balances, and penalties. Preparing routine letters requesting payment for overdue accounts and forwarding these for legal action. Aim to exceed sales and performance targets. Confidently deliver finance and accessory packages. Follow up on every lead with energy and tenacity. Maintain extensive product knowledge and pricing. Preferred Skills and Experience: Must have a relevant level 4 or higher qualification in Business, Finance, or other relevant areas, OR at least three years' relevant work experience. Efficient, organised and creative problem solving. Ability to provide consistent service and take responsibility for your actions. Able to communicate and work well in a team. Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills. Prefer Mandarin & English speaker.
