About Your New Role
Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has been created for a Level 3 Technical Support person to join the team. This person will work closely with Senior team members to manage both infrastructure and cloud environments and deliver outstanding service to companies throughout Sydney.
Some of the key tasks will include:
Providing day to day Level 3 technical support to users/clientsActing as an escalation point for the technical team membersInstalling, maintaining and supporting Windows Servers & operating systemsStrong skills in supporting major cloud platforms & physical serversConfiguration of firewalls, routers, switches and wireless access pointsSupporting Office 365 products and AzureBuilding and maintaining remote access environments (Citrix / RDS / VPN)Provide a higher level of customer service and attention to ensure SLAs are metPrepare and help with technical documentationAbout You!
• Is passionate about forging a career within the IT industry and has (or is working towards) a degree or relevant IT qualification
• Has a very strong understanding of Microsoft O365 applications & Azure
• Is a team player with a 'can do' attitude
• Critical to your success will be your communication skills, you will be proactive and engaging in your style and have a customer centric work ethic
