We are seeking to appoint an outstanding scholar to contribute to the development of our Operations and Supply Chain Management group. The group has a strong focus on supply chain sustainability to support the University's strategic mission of 'engaging, empowering and making a difference'. Applicants conducting empirical research across any functional domain within the operations and supply chain field will be considered.Mou | Who You AreApplicants should have a Ph.D. in a subject relevant to the position. They should demonstrate a strong record of empirically based publications in internationally recognised high-quality academic journals, experience in the supervision of thesis students, good teaching skills, and an ability to secure research grants (all commensurate with experience). Experience and/or willingness to teach introductory and advanced courses in supply chain management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels is required. Candidates with teaching and research experience in supply chain analytics, logistics/distribution, procurement, or operations management will be favourably considered.You will be comfortable in working situations that require adaptability as we transform our teaching via judicious use of digital technology, and have an open-minded viewpoint that respects biculturalism, diversity, and inclusion.Mahi Ngatahi | Who You Will Work WithNau mai, haere mai.
