Learning Operations Coordinator – Rotorua – Fixed Term Be a part of a diverse, collaborative & supportive team. This is a 6-month Fixed term opportunity based at our National Coordination Centre. As a member of the learning operations team, you will work closely with the Learning Operations Manager to ensure alignment with departmental goals and initiatives.
Salary Range: $59,838 - $64,647 (pro rata), actual salary dependent on skills and experience.
You will be responsible for providing quality customer service to internal customers and visitors to ensure a positive experience by being responsive, helpful, and professional. You will act as a matter expert for allocated courses and general portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting trainees, trainers, and business partners.
Booking travel, accommodation, and catering.
Providing efficient customer service.
What you'll bring to the role:
Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System and/or other databases.
High standard of computer literacy with full competency in the MS suite of applications.
Sound communication skills, both oral and written.
A motivated, flexible, and proactive attitude.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience and thorough knowledge of modern office administration procedures and systems.
