About this job…
As Learning & Development Coordinator , you will be a key player supporting the Supply Chain function to develop our talented people, on the floor, in the yard and everywhere in between. You will facilitate learning in the team and champion the belief of "Thirsty for better" by connecting and training our talented supply chain team.
You will deliver the goods by:
Regularly completing training needs analysis' and make recommendations based on findings.
Delivering shop floor training on site creating effective coaches and trainers on the shop floor. Ensure senior operators and shift leaders are trained on how to create and review SOP's.
Managing the supply chain learning budget – ensuring budget is allocated to key training needs.
Standardising content and terminology across business units, sites, documents, platforms, and media. Making content easily digestible from the shop floor to the Management teams.
Supporting the People and Organisational Development Pillars for supply chain – you will work closely with the Supply Chain Business Partner.
About you…
Preference for a bachelor's in business, HR, or Adult Education qualification.
Experience as a trainer is preferred but not essential.
5 + years core Learning & Development experience, or related experience.
Comfortable with manufacturing environment – FMCG Experience preferred but not essential.
Technical SOP writing with experience in facilitating courses and training analyses.
Experience with NZQA requirements.
Knowledge and experience of delivering training programmes based on the 70-20-10 methodology.
Experience with delivering project management and change agility trainings.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems – at DB, we use TPM.
