Your Role:
As the Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers and partners have the knowledge and confidence to implement our innovative solutions effectively. You will be responsible for:
Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions for customers, installers, and staff.
Create training materials, manuals, and guides to support learning.
Conduct both in-person and online training, including hands-on product demonstrations.
Stay up to date on the latest product developments and updates, incorporating them into training programs.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure training aligns with customer needs and product offerings.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting advice as needed.
Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in product training, technical instruction, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
A background in plumbing, HVAC, or a related industry is highly advantageous.
Ability to design engaging and informative training programs.
Comfortable working with different types of audiences, from technical professionals to end-users.
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within New Zealand as required for training sessions.
