Our client is seeking a dedicated and dependable Learning & Development Coordinator to join their People and Culture team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team, working towards creating exceptional spaces and experiences. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact by providing development and training support and offering improvements to processes.What you'll do:Provide development and training support to the People and Culture ManagerEnsure all development and training documentation is carried out efficiently and accuratelyCoach and guide managers as requiredMaintain systems that monitor the accuracy of information being providedDocument HR policies and proceduresPrepare reports where requiredOffer support for HR projects and initiativesWhat you bring:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is preferredPrevious experience in a Human Resources / Development role is preferredDependable, adaptable, punctual, co-operative with positive working relationships within the teamFlexible with the ability to think and re-prioritise work at short notice if necessaryMotivated to deliver resultsWhat's next:Ready to take the next step in your career?
