Full time, Fixed term, Start Date: 27/01/2025, End Date: 16/12/2025 (Leadership responsibility)Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Syndicate leaderStonefields School is seeking a passionate, experienced Leader of Learning to lead our Y3-4 village for 2025.This role involves:Leading and building a high-functioning village teamModelling best practice - co-design, observing and providing feedback to support the growth of teacher effectiveness and impact particularly in the refreshed curriculum areasImplement systems to manage the team's work plan e.g. assessment expectations, SchoolTalk progression updating etcCoordinate across hub meetings, agendas and communicate key schoolwide information and messages to ensure the village team feel well informed.Pastoral leadership and coordination, support and lead village IEPs, review student support interventions, and manage behaviour proactively.Communication - Oversee and support your wider team in coordinating events, assemblies, and other village activities.
