BestStart Burnside is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Registered Teacher to join our energetic and tight-knit team as our new Head Teacher in our Kahu Room, working alongside our 3.5-5 year old tamariki.

Role requirements: We're looking for a strong, natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth.
As well as: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum Have prior Head teacher or leadership experience Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality Joining BestStart means joining a whanau.
