Lead Pool Installer

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Lead Pool Installer is responsible for installing pools and associated equipment at client sites. This role also plays a lead role in overseeing the work of the pool installation team, ensuring that work remains on track and is undertaken to the highest standard, and that priority is given to timekeeping and efficiency. This is a hands-on installation role, and at times a physical role which requires a good level of fitness and a strong focus on health and safety for you and the team. The role also requires communication with the customer regarding installation progress and issues and elevating any issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner to the Construction Manager. Other key duties include ensuring each job is completed on time, to the plan and in a safe manner, managing the licensing, cleanliness, maintenance and service requirements of vehicles and ensuring all equipment and materials are available for each job to prevent downtime and disruption to the job.
