We are currently looking for a Lead Designer to join our team.
As the Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of commercial interior projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, Project Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of projects that align with our client's vision, budget, and timeline.
Primary responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Act as the primary contact for the clients during the design stages, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs and preferences.
Present design proposals and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Create mood boards, renderings, and 3D visualisations to effectively communicate design concepts.
Lead the design team in conceptualising and developing interior design solutions for commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, hospitality venues, and healthcare facilities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, encouraging professional growth and development within the team.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors to coordinate design intent with construction requirements.

Proven design experience in the commercial construction industry.
