The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Landscape and Joinery Manager to lead both Infinite Landscapes and Renalls Joinery. This role combines sales acumen with operational oversight, driving growth and ensuring top-notch project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate pricing with Holmes Construction estimating team.
Support the marketing strategy for both businesses.
Follow up and convert leads into projects.
Present proposals to clients and secure contracts.
Manage and motivate two teams across two businesses.
Ensure a continuous pipeline of work and excellent project delivery.
Handle after-sales processes and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
It is envisaged you will be from a sales background and have the ability to take leads and convert them into projects. You might be a Sales Manager or Territory Manager and looking for something a bit different including leadership and operational responsibilities. Knowledge of the wider construction sector would be an advantage but not critical.
You will also need to possess a high level of energy, positivity and be resilient. This coupled with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build and maintain client relationships.
