Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on KiwiSaver options and strategies to clients.
Assess client needs and tailor recommendations to their financial goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting KiwiSaver.
Collaborate with team members to drive client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in financial services (e.g., Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services).
Proven experience in financial advising, particularly in KiwiSaver.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
