Details of the offer

Join Us on Our Exciting Growth Journey!
We're expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services, and we have exciting opportunities for KiwiSaver Advisers in Hamilton, Wellington, and Palmerston North. If you're passionate about financial wellbeing and eager to make an impact, this could be the perfect role for you!
About The Role
As a KiwiSaver Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in guiding customers towards better financial futures by providing tailored advice on KiwiSaver. Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers in various settings—whether in their homes, workplaces, via video calls, or over the phone—who are eager to optimise their KiwiSaver.
Offering limited scope advice on KiwiSaver's features and benefits and explaining the fund options available to them.
Empowering customers to grow their knowledge and savings, ultimately helping them achieve their desired retirement lifestyle.
Serving as a trusted adviser, delivering accurate product information and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Sourcing referrals from satisfied customers and expanding your network to reach others interested in enhancing their KiwiSaver.
Building relationships and participating in community events to broaden your outreach.
Providing ongoing support as customers navigate changes in their life circumstances

About You
We're looking for experienced financial advisers or those with a strong background in financial services who are passionate about KiwiSaver, investments, and financial wellbeing. You'll excel in this role if you are:

Experienced and Driven: You have a proven track record in roles like Client Services, Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Broking, or Advising, with a solid understanding of financial services.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset: You are a proactive go-getter who thrives on the challenge of seeking out new opportunities and driving business growth. You excel at managing your own schedule and have a strong desire to get out in the community, build genuine relationships, and actively hunt for new business.
Process-oriented: You understand the importance of following established processes, maintaining high standards, and always putting your customers first.
Growth-oriented: You're positive, optimistic, and open to feedback, seeing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Requirements:

A clean credit and police check is essential.
Your own vehicle and smartphone to perform the role effectively.
A desire to complete your Level 5 financial services certificate—fully funded by us.

What's in it for you?
We offer a supportive and flexible work environment with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth:

Flexibility: No more 9-5 office grind! You'll be out meeting people in your community or working from home, essentially running your own business with the backing of our successful brand—without the start-up costs.
Support: You'll be fully supported by a sales team booking your appointments and an admin team handling onboarding and compliance.
Learning and Development: Comprehensive training to get you up and running including funding for your Level 5 financial services certificate.
Competitive Remuneration: Generous earning potential
