Location: Radius Thornleigh Park, 25 Heta Rd, Highlands Park, New Plymouth 4312
Hours of work: Part time, approx. 20 hours per week
About the Role
Gain valuable experience working closely with our kitchen team. Assist with the meal service and providing nutritious, well-presented meals to our residents. Aid the kitchen team to provide a hygienic work environment. Assume responsibility for cleaning food prep equipment and utensils. Report any faulty equipment to the Cook.
Some Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensuring utensils and equipment are clean, and stored safely and correctly
General kitchen duties, including dishwashing
Maintaining infection control principles
Handling, labeling, and storing chemicals correctly
Meet timetables
