The roster will include weekend and public holidays.
Duties include: Food preparation Meal service Food and safety hygiene General kitchen duties Key to this position is: Acknowledging the roles of all staff Working in a small team with the challenges it brings An awareness of the culture of interservice and interdisciplinary respect Fostering the collaboration we have at Thames Hospital Full training, including food and safety hygiene is provided To be considered for this role, you need: Excellent physical fitness to work in an environment with heavy physical demands - including frequent standing, lifting, in a humid and busy environment Willingness to follow direction and carry out tasks in a timely efficient manner Ability to build and maintain positive respectful relationships with customers and team members Reliability with an excellent attendance record An understanding of hospital kitchen functions, and previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage.
