Ability to analyse large, complex policy issues and readily grasp and synthesise the ideas, analysis and advice produced by others. Evidence of managing multiple, complex projects concurrently. Relationship management and influencing skills. Including presenting to Ministers and Executive Leadership Teams and forming strong working relationships with iwi. Familiarity with te ao Maori, working knowledge of tikanga Maori, and a level of competence with te reo Maori. Knowledge of the housing environment is ideal.
