Junior Revit Technician in Auckland Minimum Pay Rate: $31.66 per hour Maximum Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour Minimum Hours per week: 30 Maximum Hours per week: 32 About Us We are a small but well-respected design practice. Currently a team of two with good forecast of future work and with over 30 years of design experience between the directors, we offer a great opportunity for a young career-driven individual to progress in the design industry. We are looking for a Junior Revit Technician to join our team who will assist in the development and execution of architectural projects, contributing to the design, planning, and construction phases. Main Responsibilities but not limited to: Design Development: Assist in the creation of architectural designs and plans. Project Coordination: Support the project team in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Site Visits: Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Presentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of design presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders, including preparing documentation. Calculating costs and estimating time scales. Collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment. Performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data. Must be able to work in an unsupervised area, safe and trustworthy. Must be a positive team player. Must undertake other duties as delegated by the leading hand. Must adhere to all company policies including Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety. Skills and Experience Required: Must have at least three years of proven experience or relevant qualification. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit CAD software. Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Must present high-quality work to clients. Creative and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. No registration or licensing required.
