About the role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be based in our Auckland hub. You will take orders from our key accounts, advertise job orders, source, screen and select the right staff to meet the client's requirements. Once you place them into work you provide ongoing management of the staff for the life of the job. There is a sales aspect to this role, therefore you will utilise your sales skills to grow and maintain a warm desk, leveraging existing relationships whilst actively seeking new business opportunities. No late nights or crazy shift work. Our game changing support centre, open 24/7, will look after your work at the end of the day, during weekends, all afterhours, during your booked holidays and even stat days so you can enjoy a proper work-life balance. About you: You will be someone who can multitask, handle pressure, be customer focused, and deliver on promises, whilst having the ability to follow processes and procedures required in our sector. You may be filling job orders for engineers one day then finding 20 warehousing staff the next. No two days are the same. To be considered for this role you must: Have a minimum 3 years' proven work experience from your industry Have longevity in your work history – No job hoppers!!!
