You will provide general legal management services / advice covering a wide range of practice areas including Commercial, Privacy, Education, IP, Compliance, IT (SaaS, Licensing), Property and Procurement.
No two days will be alike.
About you Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) along with a current practising certificateIdeally 1-4 years PQEExposure to a wide variety of legal disciplinesExcellent research skills and sound judgementExceptional relationship building abilitiesA team player who enjoys working and contributingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeveloping commercial acumen together with excellent negotiation skillsThe ability to deliver expert legal advice confidentlyThe ability to problem-solve, take initiative and deal with a fast-changing environmentStrong analytical skills and attention to detailA pragmatic, solutions-based approachAs a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
