JavaScript Developer LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. We employ more than 400 people, have offices in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK with more than 13,000 law firms using our software worldwide. As the world continues to adapt and grow, our cloud based legal software is proving its value by helping law firms to work remotely anywhere to ensure their business continuity and efficiency. We are currently looking for a JavaScript Developer to join the LEAP Content team. The role calls for developing, reviewing, and maintaining JavaScript document automations which are a core part of our LEAP cloud Legal Practice Management offering. You will be joining a dedicated team that is delivering some of the best Legal document automation in the world. Reports to Content Development Manager NZ WHAT YOU'LL DO Developing and Reviewing new and updated JavaScript document automations Managing changes and required improvements across several RESTFul services Working closely with key business decision makers and cross-functional development and testing teams to offer guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit the business needs Collaborate with researchers and QA personnel on form and automation creation Assisting Form Designers with JavaScript automation queries Contribute to and create technical documentation WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE DONE BEFORE JOINING US 2+ years JavaScript software development experienceExperience with Angular and NodeJS preferredExperience in working in an Agile environmentExperience in creating technical documentation specificationsStrong verbal and written skillsStrong delivery focus to complete tasks within schedule and quality standardsStrong problem-solving, analysis skills and attention to detailADDITIONAL BENEFITS Friendly, supportive, and driven cultureComplimentary gym membershipFully stocked pantryMonthly massagesCelebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, new joiners and passing of probationGenerous Parental Leave benefitsOne additional paid "Be Me" leave day per year to celebrate being you!At LEAP, we promote equal opportunity.
