About the Role Te Whanau o Waipareira is now seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our Wai-Data Team. This is a fixed-term, full-time role until the end of June 2025. As our Junior Data Analyst, you will play a significant role in reporting, performance monitoring, and quality assurance by cleaning, consolidating, and visualizing service level data for compliance purposes, across Te Whanau o Waipareira's contracts and activities. You will be working within a team of Data Analyst's, ensuring that data is managed and reported in an accurate and understandable manner, supporting practice and performance. You will also enable efficiency in our team's strategic improvement projects by ensuring that our core reporting services are provided efficiently and accurately. Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Information Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years' experience in data analysis or a similar field; experience in health or social services is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Excel), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and preferably Microsoft Power BI.
Understanding of data quality and the ability to employ data cleaning techniques and tools.
Experience producing varied data visualizations to represent figures and trends clearly and insightfully.
Ability to document reporting and execute administrative tasks.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and workloads independently.
