Put simply, sustainability is what we do.Job DescriptionAbout The Role:We are offering an opportunity for a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic team based in our new state-of-the-art offices in East Tamaki, Auckland.
In this role, you will be responsible for:Providing professional and accurate assistance for inquiries from creditors and branch staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.Following up on supplier and customer issues promptly and effectively.Assisting in setting up supplier accounts and maintaining accurate records in collaboration with the Accounts Supervisor and Accountants.Conducting periodic account reconciliations and supporting General Ledger controls.Ensuring monthly reconciliation of creditors' statements, addressing outstanding invoices, and investigating credit balances to achieve timely month-end reconciliations.Assisting in the preparation of weekly payment runs and contributing to weekly cash flow forecasting.This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a comprehensive range of accounts payable responsibilities.
