ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer, who can deliver highly technical solutions and cultivate loyalty among existing clients, while assisting and supporting day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preparation of IT equipment. No two days will be the same due to the variation of our client's needs!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Hands-on experience with tasks such as mounting access point security cameras, running cabling, installing LFD screens, and setting up new computer systems.
Strong understanding of cloud products, including Office 365, Azure, Intune, and G Suite.
Familiarity with firewalls, wireless technology, and security solutions.
Knowledge of Axis and Hikvision security solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft CSP and Surface is also beneficial.
The ability to effectively communicate technical instructions in clear, understandable language tailored to business and client needs.
Proficiency in using power tools and comfortable with climbing ladders.
New Zealand Full Driver's Licence.
